Location, the customer service. The front desk worker Shay made the experience welcoming and I felt like I made a great choice staying here. The breakfast came with the room purchase and it was amazing, waffles, cheese omelette, sausage links, other foods to choose from. They have complimentary coffee and lemonade in the lobby until 9pm. There's a Market on the corner. If you're looking to have all your attractions in walking distance, this is perfect.

This Hotel's location is great. Nice parks and streets around it. White House is about 20-25 minutes walk, subway stations are close. (Many monuments and attractions are in walking distance to each other in DC anyway). Breakfast was always filled and re-filled. Good quality food served. Lemonade, coffee, and cookies were frequently available for free at reception. Lime and other kind of scooters and bikes were always on sight.

The breakfast was great, with a lot of options (but arrive early because in busy days, some options end). I think the hotel is well located, for tourist places and for nightlife: I could get to Union Station and other tourist attractions for less than $10.
